1. Rental Terms

All vehicle rentals with Banbridge are governed by a detailed Rental Agreement supplied at booking confirmation or when you collect the vehicle. The agreement sets out the specific terms, conditions, insurance details, fees, and your responsibilities for that rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will govern.

2. Banbridge Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Banbridge, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old to rent from Banbridge (age restrictions may vary by vehicle type, with additional charges possible for drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement. Provide valid photo identification, proof of address and a payment card in the main driver’s name, as required at collection.

3. Reservations and Payment

  • Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Banbridge office. A booking deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment and a security deposit are typically due on collection of the vehicle. All prices are in British pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. ...

4. Banbridge Collection and Return

  • At Banbridge, you must inspect the vehicle thoroughly at collection and report any existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by you and a Banbridge representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be assessed and charged accordingly.

5. Coverage and Liability

  • Basic third-party insurance is included with all Banbridge rentals. Full coverage details and any applicable excess amounts are set out in the Rental Agreement. Additional insurance options may be offered to reduce your financial liability. We recommend that you review these options and terms carefully. You will be responsible for damage or loss up to the excess amount specified in the agreement.

6. Cancellation and Amendments

Cancellation and amendment policies for Banbridge differ by booking type and required notice. Please check your booking confirmation or rental agreement for full details. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

7. Banbridge Prohibitions

You must not use the Banbridge vehicle for:

  • Any unlawful purpose or activity involving a Banbridge vehicle. Racing, rallying, off-road driving, or other dangerous uses. Transporting flammable, toxic, or otherwise hazardous materials. Sub-letting the vehicle to third parties or allowing drivers who are not authorized. Operating the vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs. Uses that fall outside the vehicle's intended design or manufacturer specifications...

Violating these restrictions may result in immediate Banbridge rental termination and fees.

8. Banbridge Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Banbridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

9. Banbridge Law

These Terms for Banbridge are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Banbridge Terms

Banbridge may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on Banbridge’s website. Your continued use of Banbridge services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
